As an ethnic autonomous region of Inner Mongolia, the Mongolian population accounts for a quarter of the region’s population, the majority of Mongolian language and words used in the daily life of residents and both are Mongolian, and Mongolian syntax, semantics on are different from the Chinese national characteristics.Along with the rapid growth of our region’s economy, especially the rapid development of pastoral economy, many related to the Mongolian party criminal, civil cases gradually increased. In this environment, it is a growing need for our region to establish and improve a bilingual litigation and litigation efforts to train bilingual professionals. But the actual situation is not optimistic, in our region in recent years with the growing eastern pastoral Mongolian party to the case involved, the number of the original lawsuit bilingual staff has been unable to meet current demand, but the lack of procedural safeguards; personnel training process is long; hard working environment; heavy tasks; work pressure; talent recruiting threshold of a series of problems caused directly or indirectly bilingual litigation situation lack of talent, and with a large number of bilingual staff reorientation, retired, the problem may be worse. So how would Bilingual Litigation personnel training and recruiting job systematization, Perfection, has become the administration of justice in our region a priority.On the basis of this concept Bilingual litigation resulting social and historical background and legal background, we analyze the bilingual proceedings from scratch, constant development and improvement of the whole process, and through the analysis of this process, I found my district Bilingual Litigation The emerging field of high-quality personnel missing; serious abuse translators; lack of professional Mongolian legal text, audio and video data; bilingual staff turnover serious problems, and put forward some solutions to address the problem, such as the creation of bilingual targeted curriculum; regularly organized directional Wei Pei; excerpt reform the existing system; improve the existing translation system. Construction of the Inner Mongolia region aims to build and improve bilingual litigation and litigation bilingual environment to make some contribution.
