Research On Self-governance Of Stock Exchange

The securities business is a weatherglass of economy. Securities businesses of Developed countries are also developed. Comparatively, our securities business is still in a junior seedtime. Therefore, to adapting to economic globalization and WTO, our government needs to work hard to develop securities business. We should carry on appropriate adjustments to our securities business. There into, strengthening the self-governance of stock exchanges is very important. This thesis set out from related theories of self- governance, labored the reasons and virtues of self-governance, enumerated the practice of self-governance of stock exchanges in developed countries, and summarized the shortage of self-governance of our stock exchanges. At last, the article provided the feasible means to perfect the self-governance of stock exchanges in our countries. I hope the thesis would offer suggestion to the governance and the legislation of our securities business.
