A Study On The Tactics Of Promotion Of The Official Efficiency Of The Bozhou City Government

This paper tries to explore how to improve government efficiency by studying Bozhou governments as a specific case with a view to finding solutions to the existing problems. The author believes that to improve government efficiency it is important to change current government function, to build an assessment system with enduring effect, to improve government reform and renovation ability, to regulate government activities and to carry out official duties in accordance with law.The paper first makes a study of the government efficiency improvement program carried out by Bozhou City in the past few years and analyzes the progress and problems it has with a view to finding solutions to such problems.It is necessary to carry out government efficiency improvement program to establish an administration system featuring standardized behaviors, coordinated operation and high efficiency. This program is of great importance which has a vital bearing on the reform, opening up and stability of the country.
