Social justice is not only an important theoretical problem, but also a reality we must face. Along with the deepening of economic restructuring and transformation of social structure, social justice is concerned by all social strata. Especially in Chinese period of strategic opportunity, how to build a harmonious society is not only related to social justice issues reasonably solved, but also to national and social stability.In Chinese period of strategic opportunity, it is relatively more prominent that gap is great to urban and rural areas, different regions, and vulnerable groups because of economic and social development uncoordinated. So we shall maintain economic and social development in coordination.Introduction of the topics describes the academic background, social significance, and the subject. The first chapter analyzes the socio-economic development and social justice relationship through two prospects: a "golden development period" and the "Latin American phenomenon". Chapter II make a Conclusion that social justice hidden from theory to reality is its essence by analyzing socio-economic characteristics and the emergence of some social phenomena, although there are some other reasons, Such as the proposed changes in the social structure, life changes. Chapter III advises which the building of a harmonious society can help social justice issues resolved. The key lies in the harmony and unity of social justice. Chapter IV concludes that "social justice system is the primary value," and the scientific concept of development should be included in social justice theory, and offer academic support for the innovation and development harmonious society.
