Comparative Study On North Korea Nuclear Issue And Iran Nuclear Issue

The North Korea nuclear issue and the Iran nuclear issue have existed a long period, and become the hot topic in international relations in recent years. Because involving many aspects, the complication of nuclear issue is enlarging, it has not obtained the effective solution towards North Korea nuclear issue and Iran nuclear issue. Although they have different reasons and background each other, they also have many similar points. Through the comparative study on the North Korea nuclear issue and the Iran nuclear issue, the paper analyzes the origin and evolution, the historical background, the promotion reasons, the essence of nuclear policy of US towards them and China's policy choice and so on. We have had more profound understanding with them; on this foundation to seek positive solution and to play an important role to solve the nuclear issues in a peace way.The first part elaborates the origin and evolution of the North Korea nuclear issue and the Iran nuclear issue.First, the paper elaborates the origin and evolution of North Korea nuclear issue. It has existed a long period, and the reason is complex. Until now it already has erupted two serious crises. The first crisis erupted in March, 1993; the second crisis erupted in October, 2002.
