Research On Innovation Of The Scientific Development View

The view of scientific development provides an important theoretical foundation and theoretical guidance for the Chinese communist Party to improve the socialism modernization and promote the construction of a well-off society. The generating background and theoretical system of the scientific development view was systematically analyzed in the paper, in addition that its innovation as well as its significance and path was explored and studied from such different viewpoints as Marxist philosophy, development economics and the sociology of development. Moreover, as a guiding idea, the author emphasized its theoretical value and practical value, too. The study of the scientific development in this paper has great theoretical and practical meanings, it will enhance the study of the scientific development view; it will enrich and develop the theory of economical social development of the Chinese Communist Party; furthermore, it helps to build a well-off society in all-around way and construct the socialism harmonious society. There are four parts in this paper:Part I : perspective of the formation of the scientific development.This part, the author analyzed the formation background of scientific development. Its formation experiences these procedures as follows: economy-centered development view; human-centered comprehensive development view; the sustainable development view and the scientific development view. The background of the scientific development view includes such aspects as theory and practice as well as domestic and international areas. Part II: the view of scientific development and its characteristics.This part, the author discussed the profound connotation and basic characteristics of the scientific development, the essence and core of which is people-oriented, and the basic content of which is comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable development, moreover, the fundamental request of which is making overall plans and take all factors into consideration. The author also put forward the characteristics of the scientific development, as were discussed as follows: human-orientated ideas, coordination, integrity, sustainability and its scientific nature.Part III: research on theoretical innovation of the scientific development view.This section is the most important part, and it is also the innovation of the paper. The paper emphasized the innovation value of the scientific development in theory. The author also put forward that the scientific development realized innovation in four aspects including the development theory of Marxism, development economics, theory of socialist construction, the party building theory of the communist Party of China.Part IV: the ways and meanings of carrying out the view of the scientific development.This part, the author elaborated the significance and the way to carry out the view of the scientific development, and this is the standpoint of the paper. The author considered that we must solve some problems to carry out the scientific development, that is, to further transfer the functions of the government, to change the work styles of the leaders at all levels, to change the mode of economy growth and to improve the way of administrating society. Besides, to carry out the scientific development helps to realize the goal and request of constructing a well-off society in an all-around way, to deal with all kinds of dangers and challenges, to improve the ability of the government and to construct the socialism harmonious society.
