In recent years, with the increasing of the drug-related crimes, the crimes committed by smugglers and embezzlement crime etc, the law about money -laundering shows a tendency of expansion too. The meaning of Money Laundering is necessary for us to understand the Money laundering Crime. The main ideas of these two definitions are different. Only some parts of Money Laundering regulated by the law can be called Money Laundering Crime. The constitutive elements analyze every part of this crime. Based on Chinese and others law, this article tells us how to understand Money Laundering Crime.Money Laundering Crime appeared at the beginning of last century, and in the 1990s, this crime was added in Criminal Law of People's Republic of China. Some discussions such as crimes resulting in money laundering and etc are carried in academic field. Anti-money laundering law adopted by China's top legislature solved some problems, and this article expresses its own ideas and reasons.Money Laundering is a complicated process. If one person launders money for several times, he commits one crime—Money Laundering Crime, if money laundering has been found by judicial department, only one crime exists; if not found, there are two crimes. If a person commits the corresponding crimes and then launders money, He commits two crimes. Or the punishment doesn't fit the crime.The trend of Money Laundering is globalization, so it's necessary to cooperate with other countries to combat money laundering. Anti-money laundering law perfects China's law and law' perfection makes it easy to combat money laundering. We must combat money laundering strictly, so that, financial system and society can develop healthily.
