Research On The Security Protection About Railway Transportation

Security is the key problem of the railway transportation. Theconstruction of the law system about security is the basic safeguarding that promotes therailway transportation developing in a healthy and stable way. In the first part of thethesis, the author explained the background and the significance of the research on thesecurity protection about railway transportation. In the second part of the thesis, theauthor introduced the concept of the security about railway transportation and theimportant status of security protection in the railway transportation industry, and alsoexpatiated on the difficulties and challenges we are facing in the security protectionabout railway transportation. In the third part of the thesis, the author discussed theworking systems of the security protection about railway transportation and the systemsthat how to perfect it. The working systems includes the system of security assuranceabout the engine and train, the system of security assurance about the importantequipments and other important products, the system of security protection about thepractitioners of the railway corporation and the railway passengers, and the system ofsecurity protection about the dangerous goods transportation. In the forth part of thethesis, the author discussed the line systems of the security protection about the railwaytransportation and the systems that how to perfect it. The line systems includes thesystem of security protection about the safe area, the system of security protection aboutthe railway bridge and tunnel, the system of security protection about railwayconstruction, the system of security protection about railway crossroad, and the systemdefending the natural disaster. In the fifth part of the thesis, the author explored that howto design and perfect the new system supervising and managing the security protectionabout railway transportation. In the sixth part of the thesis, on the basis of analyzing theproblems existed in our country's security protection system, the author seek after howto perfect the security protection about railway transportation in our country. In the last,the author educed the basic conclusion of the thesis.
