Study On The Problem Of Chinese Vulnerable Groups In Social Justice Field Of Vision

The problems of vulnerable groups and social fair have been discussed extensively through ages, which are researched in a good many fields of social fair and are attracted the attention from politicians and social circles. As the old Chinese saying goes: non-homogeneous is bigger hardship than poverty. It can be seen well that there is a historic culture tradition to pay much attention to social fair in Chinese society. The problems of vulnerable groups and social fair have given Chinese government and Chinese society exclusive attention recent years. As social reform and development bring out reconstruction in interest pattern, lots of social injustice vulnerable groups appear, who go beyond the range of Chinese fair society's requirement at present stage and people mental sustainability. On the other hand with the huge development in Chinese society and people mental improvement recent years, people have improved their needs and requirement to social life and the level of social development.There are immense number of researches on the problems of vulnerable groups and social fair. Refer to the problem of vulnerable groups in China society; the author used Marxism social fair theory to discuss the composition, characters and forming cause of main vulnerable groups in China and their harm to society and so on. She also emphasized that the existence of social unfair phenomena creates the serious problem of vulnerable groups in China society, and the most of vulnerable groups are the products of unfair society and suffer unfair treatment too. To solve this problem, it should be based on the Chinese reality and set up the social fair thought suit for Chinese current economy and society development. After that, a fair social system should be set up and improved. Thereby, the problem of Chinese vulnerable groups will be eased, safe and stable society can be ensured, and the development of people-oriented socialism in harmonious society will be promoted.Different from most theses, which are researched in normal theories such as society development theory, society delamination theory and conflict theory, the author adopted fair society theory especially Marxism fair society theory. In many researches in the past John Rawls's justice theory is highly thought, which did not pay enough attention to systematic Marxism fair society theory. But in author's opinion, it is quite suitable to adopt Marxism fair society theory as tool to analyze polarization of rich and poor and the problem of vulnerable groups emerging in Chinese socialist modernization construction.Some valuable and practicable proposals on solving the problem of social vulnerable groups from researches at the moment have been practiced. The author proposed it should go from idea and system simultaneously to solve this problem. Without the change of idea, the implement will go out of the intention.Besides introduction this thesis is divided into 4 parts.In introduction author introduced the meaning of this problem and its research current situation in academic circles, and also illustrate the theory grounds adopted in this thesis. In chapter1 author explained the concept of social vulnerable groups, which includes: 1. the concept of social vulnerable groups; 2. the general characteristics of them and their distinct characteristics showing against a back ground of society and economy transferring; 3. classification of social vulnerable groups.In chapter 2 the current situation of Chinese social vulnerable groups and their influence to Chinese economic society were illustrated. The current situation of Chinese social vulnerable groups was elaborated from economic situation, social situation, culture situation, and psychological situation 4 fields. The influence of social vulnerable groups to Chinese economic society are as follows: 1 causing society fair principle to face challenge even be destroyed; 2. enlarging the gap between rich and poor and becoming the main cause to influence social stability; 3. limiting the stable increasing of effective social needs and create direct economic loss to country; 4. limiting the potentiality of members of social vulnerable groups and being harm to all-round development of human being; 5. existence and increasing vulnerable groups'regeneration, which are incompatible with the object to construct harmonious society.In chapter 3 there is a research on every interrelated part in the whole society fair system in which way putting some social groups into vulnerable position step by step according to 4 principles of society fair. The 4 principles are separately ensuring basic rights principle, equality of opportunity principle, according to contribution to primary distribution and social relief principle.In the last chapter how to solve the problem of social vulnerable groups at Chinese present stage through realizing social fair was researched. In the concept side, fair development should take instead of'only GDP'-development. In the system side, social security system for social vulnerable groups should be set up and improved, social policy's fairly making should be ensured and social vulnerable groups should be protected by law.
