The Role Of Xinjiang Government In Assisting Social Vulnerable Groups

In china, with the rapid development of economy, the increasing of social vulnerable groups has escalated to be a crucial social problem, especially in xinjiang province, which is composed of different races and lies in country's frontier. The objective of this paper is not to superficially study the current living condition of the social vulnerable groups or the function of government separately but to put them together and plumb into the true nature of both the government's role and function in assisting the social vulnerable groups under globalization. There are three parts of the paper, the first part is to analyze the construction and the living condition of current social vulnerable groups, the deep reasons why social vulnerable groups emerge and exist in the time of social transition and the negative impacts of the social vulnerable groups problem to our society. The second part is to assert the practical meaning of assisting social vulnerable groups, the role and current policy of our government in assisting social vulnerable groups. The final part of the paper is to explore the solutions and strategies of government to deal with these social problems, which includes how to develop social security system, optimize the allocating of salary and improve the atmosphere of self-progress.
