Discussion And Analysis On Deng Xiaoping's Ruling Security Thought

As an importance part of Deng Xiaoping's party constructionthought that Deng Xiaoping's ruling security thought is the guide ofthe CPC to maintain the ruling security. Though Deng Xiaoping didn'tuse the word of "ruling security" directly in his work, he always atinquired into the urgent and long-term historic topic of how to insurethe ruling security of the CPC. And he obtained the plenteous result.Beginning with each factor that affect on the ruling security of theruling party, this text carries on more historic investigation to DengXiaoping's ruling security thought. The aim of the study is providingthe reference for how to keep and support the ruling security of CPCin the new period.This thesis includes five parts totally. The first part is a preface, ithas introduced the present study condition of ruling security problemin our nation, and the research meaning and target of the DengXiaoping's ruling security thought in this paper. From the backgroundand the source of theories and the practice foundations, the secondpart has analyzed the formation history condition of Deng Xiaoping'sruling security thought. The third part is the key point of this thesis,mainly discussing the main contents of Deng Xiaoping's the rulingsecurity thought. The author has discussed this part from five aspects.Those are the ruling principle, the ruling topic, the party construction,the ruling way and the ruling guarantee. The author also used DengXiaoping's original words to generalize each aspect of DengXiaoping's ruling security thought. Such as, "The ultimateachievement of prosperity for all", "To realize the fourmodernizations is the general interests", "To make our party good isthe foundation". Etc. The fourth part further analyzed thecharacteristics of Deng Xiaoping's ruling thought. Such as, "Developing economic is the prime importance of our presentpolitical task", "Promoting the ruling party construction with thesystem construction", "Opening a new road based on summing upexperiences". Etc. The fifth part has discussed the place of DengXiaoping's ruling security thought in the ideological system of CPCand the influence to the follow-up leadership of CPC. It also hasanalyzed and summed the ruling security thought and the concretemeasures to obtain ruling security of the follow-up leadership of CPC.
