The Study On The Joint Offences In The Crime Of Accepting Bribery

In the past, the study on bribery crime focused on the issues of singly accepting bribery crime, like the principal part of briery crime, the nature and scope of bribe, the determination of taking advantage of the post, etc., and paid little attention to the issues of joint briberies. But joint fellowship in the crime of bribery is an important theoretical issue in the study of bribery and corruption crimes, which not only has gained more attention from experts, but also plays a significant role in punishing political corruption and in building an honest and clean government. On the basis of other experts' achievements, this article will discusses the following issues: first, whether non-state personnel could be the complicity in committing the crime of bribery or not, secondly, the determination of accomplice in bribery between state personnel and danwei, personnel of company and enterprise, and families, thirdly, the difference between abider's act in accepting-bribery and offering-bribery crimes and committer's act in introducing bribery crime, finally, the characteristics and the principles of punishment of joint fellowship in accepting bribery crime.
