On The Issues Of The Environmental Protection NGO's Participation Of Environmental Public Interest Litigation In China

The plaintiff qualification of the environment publicinterest litigation is a question which is concerned by someone.The Environmental Protection NGO has the Characteristic ofPublic interest. This article studies that how theEnvironmental Protection NGO takes part in the environmentpublic interest litigation in our country. The article isdivided into three parts. The third part analyzes theproblems which occurred in the practice, which includes lackingapproval of the Environmental Protection NGO' s Participationof Environmental Public Interest Litigation, and puts forwardwith some practical advice.
