A Study On The Advancedness Of College Students Prarty Members

The advanced nature is the life and strength of Marxist politicalparty, the fundamental premise of the survival, development andexpansion of Party. The advanced nature of Party and Party membersis the organic unification, and the second one is specifically manifestof the first one. Party members of university students have thecharacteristics that they are young, and have a wide range ofknowledge, and lively thinking, and little experience of society. Theyare the treasure trove of talent, the future of our nation, and the majorforce of our Party. However, because of social, school and Partymembers of university students themselves, and other factors, thereare some problems at different levels during the building of universitystudents' advanced nature. This thesis analyzes these problems and thereasons, explores the essential ways on constructing the advancednature, so that Party members of university students will give betterplay to the vanguard and exemplary role, to lay a solid foundation forthe Party's advanced nature. The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first one unifies the characteristics of Party members of universitystudents and Party's historic task of time request, then elaborates thescientific connotation of the advanced nature of them from fouraspects, the time request from six aspects. The second one conducts asurvey and analysis on the current status, pointing out that the mainproblems and the reasons. Based on the analysis of the reasons, thethird one points out the four basic principles of Party members'advanced nature's construction, and gives detailed exposition on theessential ways from eight aspects: First, to create mechanisms forsound theoretical study; Second, to lay the building of grassrootsorganizations; Third, to evaluate and assess innovative mechanisms;Fourth, to establish a sound mechanism on the elimination of Party members; Fifth, to establish mechanisms for the inspection of Partyposts; Sixth, to create mechanisms for growth and job skill training;Seventh, to innovate the vector; Eighth, to establish a sound safeguardmechanism. And the fourth chapter elaborates on the importance ofthe construction of the advanced nature of Party members ofuniversity students from four aspects.
