Conditions Governing The Advanced Nature Of Party Members

Advancedness is the fundamental characteristics of one Marxist political party. Maintaining the advanced nature of Communist Party is the very fundamental issue that decides the survival of the Party Marxist, also is a fundamentally major issue in the theory of Party building. Party members are behavioural actors and the party's body cells. The advanced nature of Party at last depends on the advanced nature of the Party member to embody. Maintaining the advanced nature of the Party members is the basic foundation to maintain the Party's advanced natureThis paper is divided into three parts. The first part of this paper deals with scientific connotations of the advanced essence about political parties, the Communist Party and the Party members respectively , and reveals inherent links between the advanced nature of party members and the Party's advanced nature.The second part of this paper analyzes some problems existing in reality during the process of maintaining the advanced nature of Party members, from the aspects of international and domestic environment, the education, surveillance, administration and commies to analyze in depth the causes.The third part from strengthening education, regulation setting up platforms and multiple stimulations four aspects, discusses countermeasures to maintain the advanced nature of Party members.
