A Study On Ruling Thoughts Of "People First" Of CPC

Facing the new circumstances, new stage, new problems, New generation leaders, led by General Secretary Hu Jin-tao, put forward the very important theory―ruling thoughts of"people first", which advanced the ruling ideas of CPC(Communist Party of China), embodied the value- orientation of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.Insisting on"people-oriented"ruling thoughts, we must look on person as the premise of developing, the purpose of developing, the driving force of developing, the standard of developing, and to be going to realize the overall development of human being ultimately.Ruling thoughts of CPC originates from the great practice of CPC.The thoughts in power of Mao Ze-dong , Deng Xiao-ping and Jiang Ze-min as well as Hu Jin-tao's thoughts of the people first are the core thought which went though the different period such as ,the building party period, revolution period and form period since CPC was founded ,that is buliding the Party fore the public ,exercising state power for the people and bring forward one new idea that can be adjusted to concrete history environment on this basis .The article is divided into five parts to explain the idea.
