The profession association is closely related to development of nation and the economic society. This essay will mainly analyze the profession association and its regulation in terms of legal research. Associated with own national reality and overseas experience, this paper also will study the existing situation of the legal regulations of the profession association, and give the suggestions on legislation.The paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter one is the study of current situation. Principally, it will induce the current researches of regulations of association, involved in studies of Economic, Sociology, History and various relative areas. The mostly importance is law study.Chapter two is the general theoretical analysis of association norm. Analyzing the identification and the concept of profession association, and distinguishing several relative confused concepts. In addition, in view of the jurisprudence and the law-sociology, it will explain the rationality and validity of the existence of the association and its norm.Chapter three is the law and ethics of the profession association. It will present the functions of the profession association in the existing legal framework in terms of autonomy and supervision, legal and illegal discipline, commercial law and ethics, legislation, sufficiency and so on, through mastering the several main similarities and differences between the norm and law of the profession association. Lastly, it will also mention the negative effect of the profession regulation—monopoly.Chapter four is the comparison of the overseas profession regulations. It will compare the different status and functions of profession and its norm in national economy in terms of Anglo-American law system and continental law system. And it will study the profession norm related to globalization and post-WTO age.Chapter five is the conception of consummating our national profession norm. It will mainly analyze the current relative national law, and give some my own ideas of legislation to its deficiency.
