Study On Legislation For The Precaution And Control Of Alien Species Invasion

With the development and communication of economy and culture among nations and areas, and the increasing of environmental instability in the world, alien species invasion has become one of the main elements which are threatening biologic diversity and ecological environment. It is an important task for the world to achieve to defend alien species invasion and keep biology multiplicity. It's the common choice for all the nations and international social community to alter, create relevant legal system and prevent alien species invasion effectively through legal way.However, there are apparent defects in Chinese existing legal system and legislation on defending alien species invasion is rather laggard. The status quo doesn't match not just the requirement of protecting environment and biological diversity, but also the development of harmonious society. Thus, it's very important to establish and perfect relevant legal system to set up such system in China.The thesis mainly researches into the relevant legislation both in China and abroad, and gives some suggestion on preventing and controlling alien species invasion according to the current situation in China, for the purpose of solving such problems through legal way and promoting relevant legislation in this aspect.
