The core of this paper is the criminal procedure conduct of detective bodies, because detection is the phase where most problems happen in China's criminal procedure, and one important reason of it is a lack of procedural restriction against detective bodies's conduct. Aiming at the problems caused by a lack of beforehand authorization, middle control and subsequent judgment in detection, this paper probes into the basic principles and procedure design of beforehand authorization, middle control and subsequent judgment to detective's conduct in three parts. This kind of integral procedural restriction and control can ensure the litigation framework of detection, eliminating the abuse that police can be their own case's judge, and make detective bodies don't carry through procedural conduct through an administrative way, but being a part of lawsuit. Only through that can the real equality between detective bodies and other bodies be realized. It also makes sure that there is always a cross-bencher which makes arbitrament against their conflict, and cracks down on detective's illegal conduct, which will make China's detection a real lawsuit phase.
