Study On Immediate Judgement Procedure Of Criminal Cases

At present, China is in a period of great social transformation, criminal case crime rate remains high, the judicial agencies especially in big cities, mega cities face arduous task. In front of the “more cases with fewer people” prominent contradictions,as the fact that is impossible to increase the manning immediately, how to further optimize the allocation of judicial resources,improve the efficiency of the diversion of cases and criminal litigation is a difficult problem to be solved. In recent years, the jurisprudential circle has made good efforts in reference the outstanding academic achievements at home and abroad, establishing cases simplified shunt mechanism, simplifing the minor criminal procedure and other aspects. This paper intends to analyze the use of the immediate judgement procedure in a big city in Guangdong province,with the hope to be benefit for enriching and improving our country’s criminal litigation system.
