By recalling the history, we can grasp the different periods of freedom cognitive changes.The second part makes a comparison of the individual freedom, the rights and the state's power by comparative analysis. From the differences the things related to, further understanding of individual freedom can be made, and when the state power is abused. Implementation will be the largest free individual optical.The third part, by discussing the difference between the laws and other social norms, reveals the advantages of laws over other social norms, investigates how the law, as "freedom of the people of the Bible," find its way to protect individual freedom, and through freedom of reasonable restrictions, guarantees that only in this way the general scope of the community individual freedoms can be developed extremely.The final part focuses on individual freedoms by the law of demand, which means the law requires a certain quality in order to promote individual freedoms. Of course, the law makes the theory and practice response to the demand of freedom, which provides a sound theoretical basis, and the rule of law in China provides a good idea and direction of development.
