But it seems not solve the essential problem. This thesis is thatthe exist of the people assessor system has an important immediate significance, and weshould improve it instead of giving it up. We should refer to the advanced experience,observe and study the typical jury systems of other countries. We should know theirhistory source, contrast their models. And we can analyze the problems and reasons ofthe people assessor system according to the judicial situation of our nation, and then wecan choose the varied people assessor system which fits our judicial circumstances well.
