| The five guarantees supporting system in rural areas is one essentialpart of social assistance as well as the main component of social securitysystem. Go along with the change of population structure and the tax reformin rural areas, a lot of new problems about the five guarantees supportingappeared in the meantime. Above all, this thesis expounded the supportingtheory and studying meanings, in retrospect to relational documents as wellas to build a both theoretical and studying framework in the five guaranteessupporting.
