A Study On The History Of The People's Arms Cadres' Training And The Present Situation And Countermeasure

Security is the core value for the existence of the people's armed forces and is also the necessary indemnity to the sovereignty independence, national unity and territorial integrity. Improving the quality of the people's armed forces and power of the cadre team is closely related to national security. Since the founding of THE PRC, great successes have been achieved in the training of cadres which aims at raising cadre quality and strengthening its power. We have also gone through some ups and downs. In this paper, we divide historic process and comb the venation of the education and training of armed cadres based on theoretical study and practical reflection as well as the collection of the rich data. On one hand, achievements are affirmed, on the other hand the insufficiency is pointed out and analyzed objectively from teaching and studying two aspects. Finally, we put forward some improving measures about how to increase the effectiveness of the training of armed forces. For example, setting the content of training reasonably, improving the ways and means,perfecting the management system of teaching, enhancing the learning efficiency of the individuals and so on.
