On Space-Time Perspective Of Constitutionalism

The main concept of this paper is about to introduce the'Space-Time Perspective of constitutionalism'.At the beginning of this paper, there is a brief introduction about'Space-Time Perspective'in natural sciences and social sciences. It follows by a description of three representatives: Aristotle Newton and Einstein. Secondly, we are trying to review the three fundamental categories in Constitutionalism practice --- human right, benefit and power. Consequently, it concludes the definition of the constitutionalism. Furthermore, the second part of this paper begins with concluding and implementing the method of constitution of the philosophical category. Then deducing the basic principals of the constitution of jurisprudential category system used a category approach to simplify the complexity of the Constitutionalism within a Space-Time Perspective. There are intrinsic connections between the geographical social economic political characteristics of one nation in history and its constitutionalism.Further, according to the discussion above, we can conclude fundamental framework of the Space-Time Perspective of Constitutionalism. It helps forming the comprehensive dynamic and historical system together with the primary framework of the subject of Constitutionalism development strategy, and then the paper deduces the basic behaviors of Space-Time Perspective of Constitutionalism. From a practical point of view, the Space-Time Perspective of Constitutionalism requires a simplified manipulator body to control it. It emphasis on implementing a general rule named people's sovereingnty. Immediately , Whereas several problems are associated with them, the paper suggests Proposition about the solution of this problem consequently.We should pay attention to an important finding of forbidden zone in Constitutionalism. Applying the compositional rule of ace-Time Perspective of Constitutionalism, together with the instance of Montenegro's autocephaly from the union with Serbia solely based on referendum, to argue the forbidden zone of constitutionalism, which is separating a nation or ethnic group just relying on referendum. Therefore, it is absurd that Taiwan's dependence could be according to referendum. The innovations of this paper are embodied in the aspects as follows:Firstly, it discuses the characteristics of constitutionalist's fundamental categories in Space-Time Perspective on the assumption of spirits of the constitutionalism should focus on the'rights and benefit'. Secondly, it assumes the existing of historical national volition and its far-reaching influence. Furthermore, the space-time Perspective of Constitutionalism can be adopted as a reference framework of developing a Constitutionalism Information System (CIS) platform as well as assisting the administration and management activities in virtual Constitutionalism.
