The Current Problems And Thinking Of Legal Protection Of Chinese Cultural Objects

It's very universal for every state in this world to implement effective protection of the cultural objects by means of law. Although the legal protection system of cultural objects had been established in our country, there were still some weakness in the aspects of legal protection of cultural' objects, the cultural objects resources of our country were suffered under damages in all around. For this purpose, this paper had a study on the legal protection of the cultural objects, and the writer wishes to contribute to strengthening the legal protection of Chinese cultural objects.The paper defined the concepts and scopes of cultural objects, analyzed the values and functions what cultural objects had, discussed the legal protection system of cultural objects in our country. On this foundation, the paper discussed the current legal protection problems of Chinese cultural objects, where such existing problems had affected the legal protection effects of Chinese country cultural objects. This paper studied the legal protection weakness of cultural objects from the respective aspects of legislation, administration management and law compliance; and also analyzed the propriety rights problems of private owned cultural objects. At last, the paper further brought forward some thinking and suggestions how to improve the legal protection of Chinese cultural objects.
