Study On Harmonious Socialist Society And Issues On Fostering Leaders

The key to establish a harmonious socialist society lies in the Party and the people. The leaders, who shoulder the historical responsibility for the construction of socialism and harmonious society, should increase"five capabilities"and enhance"six competences". The task for fostering the leaders should"face modernization, face the world and face the future", and the present leaders and the training of the future leaders should form an integrated whole through the guidance of task purpose and object aims. Organizations of different ranks, training setups and the working departments are the main force in the task of fostering leaders, thus they should be responsible respectively, coordinate and communicate, integrate and unite, and develop harmoniously. The basic approaches to foster leaders are education and training, practice and strengthening in reality. In addition, systematization and integration should be upheld in concrete tasks to increasingly form the strategies of great talents in concepts, the great education in thoughts, the great practice in fields and the great vision in leadership selection.
