Privatization Of Welfare Administration And It's Government Control

As the welfare society and welfare country biting off more than they can chew, and the privatisation made a successive hits in different fields, all governments naturally choose the style of cooperating by both the public and private as the way to provide the public welfare. In the dissertation,by taking the old people's home's privatisation as an example, the author put the emphasis on probing such a series of problems as the necessary and the way to privatisation and how to control it, also the effect of the practice of privatisation system on the theoretical study and legislation of administrative law.
