Research On The Intervention Of Social Work On The Problem Of "Three No Old People" Communication In Welfare Home

With the increasingly serious aging problem in our country,the problem of the elderly has caused widespread concern in all walks of life.As a special group of the elderly,"three no old people" has been listed as one of the typical vulnerable groups in China.Due to the lack of family support,China's solution to the problem of "three no old people" is to arrange them to be provided for in welfare homes to meet their living needs,which reflects the inclusiveness and sensitivity of China's social welfare policies to vulnerable groups.For the elderly,in addition to material needs,they are more social and spiritual needs,no exception to the elderly.There are three old people living in the welfare home whose material needs have been basically met,but their social and spiritual needs are difficult to be met.Because of their special experience,they often have a strong sense of inferiority and are unwilling to contact with others.The special management system of welfare homes also makes it difficult to meet the social needs of the three old people living in them.And good social intercourse is crucial to the three no old people living in the welfare home.Therefore,we should pay special attention to the social communication problem of no elderly people in welfare institutions.This study focused on the social problems of the three non-elderly people in J welfare home.Through interviews and participative observations,the researchers found that there were no old people in the hospital with communication difficulties in the hospital,and their communication needs were urgently needed to be met.Therefore,in order to meet the communication needs of the three non-elderly people in the hospital,this study,based on the social support theory and social learning theory,aims to assist the three non-elderly people in the hospital to build a peer support network to meet their social needs by carrying out group activities.In this study,six elderly people with no family in the hospital were taken as service objects,and five group activities were carried out to enhance the communication and communication between the elderly with no family in the hospital,and to assist the elderly with no family in the hospital to build a peer support group to meet their social needs.In the process of five activities to help team members to build peer support group for the direct target,assist team members to open their hearts and learn to acceptance and begin to communicate with others and communication,actively develop the potential of the three no old man in the activity,add without the three no old man's engagement,the collective sense and integrated into the feeling,help three no old people building peer support groups to meet the needs of hospital the three no old man for communication.This study found that professional social work intervention plays an obvious role in meeting the social needs of the elderly and improving their quality of life,and is also of great significance in improving the happiness index of the elderly.Assisting the elderly to build a peer support group can not only meet their social needs,but also promote the elderly to enjoy their old age in the welfare home.In general,professional social work intervention is of great significance to ease the work of welfare home staff and promote the development of welfare home.It promotes the introduction of professional social work services to welfare home and is also conducive to the development of social work for the elderly.
