The limited liability company (LLC) is the type which comes later in the history; it is the idealistic invention of the legislators. It has been so popularly accepted by the European countries from it was created that it becomes the largest amount in quantity in those countries, and so does it in our country. Theoretically speaking, the LLC is one of the capital joint ventures, but it also has a strong nature of person joint, or we can say the person joint of the company is more important than capital. So once there is someone ruins the basis of the person joint, the company may be trapped in plight which may bring damage to the company or the stockholders, or even lead to the dismissing of the company or some other ill results like this. It really has to expulse the marplot to save the company and the other members, but there is no approach in our company law. So to build the system of the expulsion in our company law through researching on it is the purpose of the article.There is six parts in the article.The first part is the forward, this part will preliminarily introduce the reason and the value of the bringing of expulsion, and define the scope of the LLC in this article.
