Mediation System Research In The Multiplex Dispute Resolution

Today, more and more countries use non-lawsuit dispute resolves including mediation. In the view of the face that difficult position which in our mediation system, and many complex dispute appear in the reforming process, conduct the fundamental research to the mediation system are significant. So, they are necessary to understand mediation again. We are necessary to understand the position and status of mediation in our modern society again. We are necessary to understand people's motive to choice mediation again. We are necessary to analyze the mediation system's present situation and the reason again. We are necessary to reprove the existence and the developments of mediation system are right. All these questions research will have the value to our society. Because, lawsuit is one kind of luxurious dispute resolve. It is impossible to solve all disputes through lawsuit.This article altogether divides into four major parts:The first part: discuss the mediation concept, the characteristic, the classification and its comparison, and discuss the comparison with other disputes.The second part: discuss the reasons of the multiplex dispute solves, mediation's special significance in the multiplex dispute solves, and mediation's value and inherent limitation.The third part: discuss mediation situation in the law modernization condition.
