Guest Of The People's Court Mediation's System In Our Country

On June 29,2016,the supreme people's court in our country has established the supreme people's court on the regulation of guest of the people's court mediation \"namely method 14 [2016] of the file(hereinafter referred to as\" special mediation rules \").Guest mediation system is our country since reform and opening up,after the judicial organs long-term practice exploration.In addition to have deep cultural foundation,in today's social environment,the system also plays a very practical solving contradiction role.In order to implement the move,around the court at all levels are actively and steadily absorb mediation organizations or individuals to become special mediation organization or specially invited mediators.2016 "special mediation stipulation" was commissioned by the court mediation system in China to further innovation and refinement,well solved the old commissioned by the court mediation system of many ills,but the problems revealed by the rules in practice is also very difficult problem.Therefore,to speed up the research on guest of the people's court mediation system in our country has deep theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the first chapter introduces the concept of guest of the people's court mediation system in our country,the origin,the second chapter tells the system shall follow the principle in practice,the third chapter introduces the special mediation system on the development of old entrust mediation system,the fourth chapter introduces the special function of mediation system,the fifth chapter the system exposed problems in practice,the sixth chapter for the system exposed problems in practice,combining with the relevant system,outside the corresponding advice is given.
