Juristic Thoughts On Mobile Phone Messages

With its swiftness, convenience and low-cost, mobile phone messages have become an inseparable part of people's lives. However, it also causes various legal problems, for instance, the invasion of privacy, copyright, property, consumer's right of knowing, and freedom of contract. What's more, the effectiveness of mobile phone messages as legal evidences needs validating; the right and obligation between consumers and suppliers of messages needs to be redefined. The current legal system of our country cannot explain the dispute concerning mobile messages. We need to validate the legal status of messages as the subject, enhance supervision over message service and establish the real name registration system to provide special protection for consumers.
