Based on the practices of our nation and social circunstance, the author also think about this problem and learn from the foreign cases,and provide many suggestions on legislation. This article's purpose is to regulate our contract dissolution system and to make the system more easy and practical for operation, which may protect the profits from economy more fairly and reasonably.This article has total words of 25000 and has three parts.
