An Investigation On Quality Testing And Justice Of The Judicatory Of Cases

Justice is the soul of judicatory, in the country with a low conciouse of law, how to form the supreme athority of the judicatory?How to establish the atmosphere of law?Faced with these problems,the intermediate court in Zunji city has enforced <>and founded the offices for testing cases.Testing the quality of the cases has been in efficiency for years in exclusive test for the quality of cases.As a citizen of law and a clerk of judicatory ,I want to put up with some humble ideas on the system of judicatory in our country through my experience and thought of the practical judicial mission.Thus,I chose the rules produces by Zunyi court as the topic of my submission.I believe ,the gold is always gleaming,the conclusion and investigation of the quality of cases may have an effect on the realm of law.The article is divided into six parts except the preface and conclution:The first part: The development of the quality testing of cases,it mainly focus on the historical background and the process for development of quality testing.Also about the forms and affect on quality testing of cases and the process of establishing the system of quality testing of cases in Zunyi intermediate court.The second part:The theory of quality testing on cases,it mainly focus on the source of the theory and the base of the contemporary law about cases.And the relationship with the related rules. The third part:The patterns for the quality testing ,it introduces the <>in 2000 of Zunyi court and <> in 2004 and 2005 systematically.The point is to make a comparison between giving estimation and making judging the elements.The fourth part:The operation of the system in quality testing of cases ,which concludes the process of operating the quality testing of cases thoroughly.It gives a complete introduction about the situation in the past six years and the formation of the report for testing ,also the spot and results of quality testing.The fifth part:It is the effect of investigation.The article has effect on lawyers,judges and clients in understanding the pruduction of the system of the quality testing of cases through investigation.The sixth part:It is about the rational contemplation of the system,mainly focun on the problems lying in the testing for the cases in Zunyi court.According to its reasons the court has proposed the ideas and thought of how to make the system perfect.I hope we can form our anthority of the judicatory in public opinion and realize the dream of being a society of law and fumble meaningfully.At the same time,I also want to get some direction of my teachers.
