Research On The Organized Crime

As human society organizations, the extent of rising crime trend of the organization is increasingly significant. Because organized crime is often greater than the harm ordinary crime, a serious threat to the political, economic, also a serious threat to the international community of peace and security, and therefore, it has become the focus of people's attention and become states and the international community to prevent and combat focus. With the restructuring of our society and the acceleration of the process of modernization, with the deepening of reform and opening up, organized crime tends to spread, and this can not but arouse our government, the legal profession, the judiciary and the legal circles attach great importance. It can be said that our fight against organized crime struggle facing an unprecedentedly severe situation, it launching of organized crime, exploring on the prevention and punishment of organized crime effective response is of great theoretical and practical significance.Over the past decade, China scholars on the topic of organized crime more research, in the same period and other countries or regions of organized crime carried out a series of comparison. However, for the definition of organized crime still have differences of the characteristics of organized crime-related research is not very good, to the development of organized crime continues to actively explore. From the economic and social interests level policy perspective, the study of organized crime has not gone far enough. This article is from several areas to conduct in-depth research, to seek to organized crime control strategies contribution to the progress of a force.This paper is divided into five parts, namely, Introduction, the concept comparison , the concept of the organized crime is defined, the organized crime analysis, from an economic interest level study of organized crime control measures, and conclusion.Introduction is to note some of the main origins of the problem, literature review and theoretical perspectives, and a paper on the points of concern.
