Study On The System Of Methods Of The Citizen's Demands And Expressions During The Construction Of Harmonious Society

This paper is intended to analyze the methods of the citizen's demands and expressions from the angle of the administration and management. Focusing to the Study of the aspects of thinking, system, legal and social , the paper proposes some problems in our system of the methods of our citizen's demands and expressions .Based on studying our country's conditions, this paper wants to put forward some corresponding suggestions to make the people's demands and expressions system perfect.As few domestic and international researches have been made in a specific grass-roots dimension, this brings challenges to the research progress, but it also reflects the theoretical and practical significance of researches in this field. This paper is just a try hoping to attract more experts' attentions to the development of the training work for grass- roots civil servants.
