Therefore this article mainly has carried on the analysis to the financial service outsourcing's basic theory, as well as some frame flaw and the related question in the financial service outsourcing process, the present situation of the domestic and foreign development of financial service outsourcing, the legal advice of consummating financial service outsourcing. The financial service outsourcing is refers to "the entity supervised use continually the outsourcing service provider to complete the operational activities which by oneself undertakes. The outsourcing may transmit a service (or a service part) from the entity supervised to the service provider, or further shifts to another service provider by the service provider". At present the financial service outsourcing develops rapidly, has many characteristics, as the disembark, the big amount, the long time and so on.
