The Research Of Vormerkung

Vormerkung is a very important system about transference of estate right, which can take precaution against risk. Many countries and regions of the civil law system adopt this system. And our country have adopted it in the Real Right Law of the People's Republic of China in oct, 2007. But from the present situation, we just have low knowledge on the syetem, thus lots of problems in the profound level have not been involved and the problems of details have been neglected. For this reason, this thesis studies the quality, validity and the application scope of Vormerkung, in order to get the over-all and breakthrough knowledge on the system.In fact, our country had existed the syetem of register in pre-paid commercial house dealing, which played a role in practice. From the viewpoint of Vormerkung, it is necessary to re-establish the syetem of register in pre-paid commercial house dealing. So, the writer make some suggestion on this point, which will help the Vormerkung be more operational.
