The Affordable Housing Property

Ownership is the title of the person's direct control of the rights, including the possession, use, proceeds and disposition. Is the property rights and ownership the same means? Property of the broad and narrow, broad property rights means the short title of the property; and the narrow only means the ownership. The property used in this paper, unless otherwise stated, means the ownership. Ownership is to determine the status of the core, only the attribution of a clear relationship can be conducive to the best use. This paper is based on the principle to research the property rights in the affordable house, which is an important component of housing supply system in our country. Based on the existing laws and the theory of the affordable housing, the paper analysis the regulation of the affordable housing, the property type of the affordable housing, the legal nature of property rights, property rights problems that exist in the system. The paper concluded that the affordable housing in the ownership of the Property Rights Law, applicable to propose solutions to the ownership of the property housing Solutions, will be the existing government subsidies to developers of direct subsidies to buyers, the housing market will apply affordable housing and the general housing market merger, and thus the ultimate reunification of affordable housing units for the integrity of the property housing property. This has brought about clear property rights of the affordable housing, realization of the government's security functions and reforming the housing system, the goal of commercialization.
