The "ownership of apartment house", one of the most important parts of civil law in many countries, initially appeared in the Kingdom of Babylon in 2000 B.C. as a type of primitive law. But as a serious legal document, it was created in the "Civil Law of France" in 1804. From then on, it has been adopted and absorbed gradually by other countries, and it was the sign that the "ownership of apartment house" institution has become an important piece of the civil law. This piece of thesis consists of the following contents: Sondereigentum (exclusive right of ownership), Miteigentum (sharing ownership of public parts), Mitgliedschaftsrecht (membership right) , and the management of "ownership of apartment house". Through the discussing of these items, the writer is trying to expound the close relationship between the "real estate management" and the "ownership of apartment house" institution. By using some theories about it, the writer also argues some other questions about the implementing of the authority of real estate managing, management group, management regulation, the legal position of real estate managing companies, the subjective qualification of the ownership committee in litigation process, the ownership of public parts, and profits distribution.Through the discussions of these questions, the writer considers that the establishment of "ownership of apartment house" should improve the development of real estate industry and real estate managing industry healthily. It will also be a supplement of legislation about real estate industry, protect the legal rights of the owners, regulate the action of real estate management, eliminate contradictions and troubles, and structure a harmonious society.This thesis consists of seven parts (excludes.the summary, the ending and the reference):1.
