| The Constitutionalism is the symbol of the modern democratic society, and the soul of nomocracy. The implementing of Constitutionalism is the process of connecting the conceived Constitutionalism system with the practice, and also achieving the value of it in social relations practice. For a long time, we have only focused on the qualitative analysis but no breakthrough on quantitative analysis. Recently, as the research of Law Economics going deep and renewing the realization of the relation between laws and economy, It is supposed to be the necessary study of thinking the Constitutionalism with new horizon. This thesis processes the discussing of the cost issue regarding to the construction of Constitutionalism base on the cost conception in Economics, taking the exterior element as the theoretical precondition.In the first chapter, it analyzes the conception, characteristics and course of the Constitutionalism, as well as analyzing the important meaning of Constitutionalism running by using the cost conception in Economics。In the second chapter, I explained and sorted the kinds and construction of the Constitutionalism running cost and defined its detailed cost, which based on the running process of it.In the third chapter, it also analyzes the dynamic relation of proceeds and supply & demand of Constitution through the analysis model of cost proceeds, and two error field of cost in the running process of Constitution. In addition, I think about the how to set up correct view of Constitutionalism running cost as well as reducing the cost. |
