Cost-benefit Study Of Military Spending

Nowadays, it has been a trend for the modern advanced economics to seeking for the microeconomics basis for macroeconomics, according to which theory, the cost-effectiveness theory of military expenditure becomes the innovation and development for military expenditure cost-effectiveness theory.This paper tries to research the cost-effectiveness theory of military expenditure and some practical issues. The introduction mainly discusses about the epoch background, theoretical basis and operational significance. The first chapter: introduction of the cost-effectiveness theory of military expenditure. It defines the basic conception of military expenditure cost effectiveness on the basis of extended conception of military expenditure. It builds the military expenditure cost-effective theoretic system by dividing it into macro economics part and micro management part. At the same time, it studies the military expenditure cost-effective analysis and decision-making theory.Second chapter, the analyzing the military expenditure cost effectiveness economics. Based on the macro economics, it analyzes the cause of formation about unequilibrium states in the current military expenditure supply and demand, so that we could open out inherent relations between the military expenditure cost-effective and the military expenditure cost supply and demand.Third chapter: the analysis for military expenditure cost effectiveness management science. Based on the micro economics, it studies the concept, objective and content of the military expenditure management control. And it analyzes the history and status quo of the military expenditure management control from dimensions, framework, flow and consume. Then, I used the reference of foreign cost management control experience.Fourth chapter, the conceive of raising the military expenditurecost-effectiveness. It raises the practical conceive of military expenditure cost-effectiveness from the point of view of economics and management, thus a new theoretical proof and countermeasure recommendation are provided to scientifically make the following decisions: determining the cost size, optimizing the cost structure, strengthening control of cost management and raising the military economics effectiveness.
