Job-related crimes by judicial police refers to the criminal acts that judicial police manipulate, and abuse their power, or abandon their legal responsibilities, hence damages the interests of the nation, the collective and the people, as well as sabotaging the fairness, ethics and efficiency of the prison administration.Considering the sever damages inflicted by the job-related crimes, this paper analyzes from a series of cases and reveals that the subject of the prosecuted is judicial police who willfully or negligently conducted criminal acts. And the characteristics of the culpability in question are job-related crime that ruins the state prison administration.This paper analyzes the particular subjects, stealthiness of the criminal form, and the variety of criminal motivations, as well as the inability of the society to supervise. The criminal forms and characteristics are investigated from the cases like bribery, and criminal misuse or abuse of judicial power.Since the trends of judicial police violation and culpability will be in a steady rise for a long time. The criminal forms, conviction, and crime deterrence are fully studied to better prevent the job-related crimes and finally a comprehensive job-related crime fighting mechanism is established by examining the typical crimes as prescribed in Criminal Code Article 248 Maltreating the Prisoner, and Article 401 Corruption in Commutation, Parole and Out-of-Prison Enforcement.This paper aims to probe into the characteristics, root causes of the job-related crime by the judicial police. And it attempts to provide a strategy of fighting against job-related crimes and as well as theoretical support to understand, identify, and convict the job-related crimes.
