In the first section, I introduce some basic information. Then I try to found out the Character of it, which can make it different from other court belong to republic of china. The character is that, firstly, the judge is more professional; secondly, it has enough and stable funds for their working; thirdly, it has a lot of case which need to trial, which is far more than other court. The reason why the District Court for the Imperial area in Shanghai has those characters are, the Legal system condition of republic of china has became more modernizing, and Shanghai international concession is a different place from china's other place that it is nearly modern.
