Non-Profit Organization Of China Development Problem Research

In the second half of the 20th century, as the phenomenon of the market malfunction and government malfunction was outstanding day by day, the researchers of the western countries turn studying angle to Non-Profit Organization gradually, regarding it as the third kind of resource distribution subject except markets and governments, and hope NPO can remedy the market and government deficiency in resource distribution effectively. Meanwhile, the socialist market economy system of our country is set up and ripe progressively, government's management system reform is deepened gradually, Nonprofit organization, as the public service of offering, safeguarding and realizing the important strength of public interests outside the government, play a more and more important role day by day in bringing about an advance in economy, development and the society of the political civilization manage the improvement of competence .However, under this background of transiting in our country's society , influenced by various realistic factors, the development of NPO of China has its own characteristic and has a series of problems.This thesis consists of six parts to explain the development of NPO of China. The introduction analyzes simply its background, research summary and main mentality; The second part gives explanation to its concept, rationale and the reason to begin; The third part is the core of this paper, to define NPO of China, to summarize its development evolution, the function and the present situation, to analyze questions between it and the government ,and the market, and the social public, and its own existence question in the developing process; The fourth part puts forward the suitable countermeasure from the government, the market, the social public and itself; The fifth part shows its development trend; The sixth part proposes to construct inter-dynamic development model between government - the society -the market.
