| CAPF college education is a part of not only the higher education, but also the military education. During the course of the higher education massification, facing the new military revolution, how can it adapt to meet the needs of Future high-tech local wars and modernization of the CAPF, and cultivate the "qualified officer"? This dissertation has based itself on a study of the practical situation of CAPF college education and an analysis for its features to push forward the course CAPF college education, aiming to frame a theory structure for its course. It has also the purpose to outline scientifically the objectives and tasks for its course and to put forward proper ways for its implementation.China offers a broad space for CAPF colleges education's development when giving an impetus to the reform of higher education. Which way will be the best for CAPF colleges education to improve itself to keep the date with the mass higher education? In the past, what education pursued was the elite education, however with the the higher education massification, it has many changes in attitudes to access, curriculum and forms of instruction, functions of education, institutional characteristics, academic standards, access and selection, forms of academic administration and internal governance. CAPF college education no longer can be simply defined. By tracing back to the origin of Martin Trow's theory of higher education massification, refering to his Trow's conceptions of Elite, Mass and Universal Higher Education, the author of this dissertation analyses in detail the changes of CAPF college education during the course of higher education massification and its current features and problems, considering its military characteristic, then the author puts forward an new developing pattern for CAPF college education. |
