Deng Xiaoping's education theory is one of important component of Deng xiaoping, which is the guiding ideology of China's higher education reform since the reform and open policy in China. It is either to the education theory of education practice, either to the school policies and school direction, or to scale and managerial modes,which have their internal logic connections, and linked basic principles of education into a rigorous theoretical system. Deng xiaoping's education theory is the inheritance and development of marxism theory of education and Mao zedong thought the of education.therefore, in our modern education practice, we should continue to adhere to Deng Xiaoping's theory of Chinese Higher Education Reform Education, in this way, our higher education towards a healthy, stable development.This paper always followed materialism which is the theory connects with practice, and described the background of Deng Xiaoping Theory and Chinese Higher Education Reform Education from two aspects, the importance of educational theory of Deng Xiaoping and Current problems of higher education. Then according to literature search and inspection, expounding the philosophical basis of Deng Xiaoping's educational theory, basic characteristics, basic contents, significance and specific content of Deng Xiaoping's education theory to Higher Education Reform and so on. The writer discussed the status of domestic research from many aspects and maked the relevant assessment.The paper mainly covers the following sections, the higher education reform content and main features of educational theory of Deng Xiaoping, The enrichment and development of Deng Xiaoping's educational theory in new period,Deng Xiaoping's Theory of Education to the current Higher Education Reform,the problem of higher education refom and taking measures.First, the higher education reform content and main features of educational theory of Deng Xiaoping. This chapter first defined the concept of Deng Xiaoping's of educational system, from the connotation and extension of other angles. Furthermore, this chapter also emphatically discussed Deng Xiaoping's education theory about higher education system, which are a firm political direction, "Three Faces" guidelines of colleges and universities, important advantage of scientific research in colleges and universities, higher education needs "two legs" and the emphasis on status and role of teachers. And then, discussed the main characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's education theory system, which are strong times, innovation of firm, inheritance of history.Secondly,The enrichment and development of DengXiaoping's educational theory in new period. This section has two main parts. The first part is the enrichment and development of DengXiaoping's educational theory to JiangZeming. The main contents include:firmly establish the concept of priorty to the development of education, strengthen the implementation of "technology and education" strategy and national promotion of quality education and innovative education. The second part is the enrichment and development of DengXiaoping's educational theory to the concept of science development education. The main contents:building an innovative country and develop creative talents and develop high-quality teachers, to provide intellectual support for the development of education reform.Thirdly, Deng Xiaoping's education theory to Chinese higher education reform.This chapter mainly discusses from aspects. Proposing "rejuvenating the nation by the education","Three Faces" pointed out the Chinese higher education development, reform of University Examination Admission, reform of university management and structure, and strive to build a number of high-quality teachers.What's more, this chapter discussed the problems of our higher education which are the shortage of education funds, superficial content and single form in higher quality education, penetration and higher education is facing pressure to improve quality and inadequate policies and imperfect regulations of higher education.At last,based on these problems and the impaction of Deng Xiaoping's education theory to the reform of higher education, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Major of suggestions are:increase investment in higher education, the implementation of the strategic position of priority to the development of education, colleges should comprehensive and seriously solid promote quality education and strive to improve the quality of personnel training, reform the teaching contents and methods. Leaders at all levels should attach importance to education, and the whole of society must be concerned with higher education.
