Health employment in discrimination is a kind of employment discrimination. It means: employer is not considerate and executive the relative factor of job requirement physical condition and condition, but only considerate the factor of individual health state of potential employment and makes the unreasonable difference and the repel to the latter. Damage the equality of latter in employment opportunity or treatment. At present in our country along with AIDS patient, the hepatitis B virus carrier and so on the non-healthy crowd scale rapid expansion, the counter-health employment discriminates against various aspects to be supposed to the work faced with the great challenge.It is not only serious infringement the dignity of our citizens and basic human rights, but also it will affect human resources development and utilization, and what's more, it will influence harmony construction of our community. For long, not only the health employment discrimination question does not take seriously for the majority health's people, moreover the latter often reveals discrimination phenomenon undisputable.
