| The target of wartime Airforce weapon support mission planning is to assist the Airforce Weapon Support Commanders and Staff to generate Weapon Support Plans. At present, the accomplishment of Weapon Support Plans, is mainly relied on manual work, and there is a lack of efficient assistant methods or tools. Therefore, theoretically, in the background of Joint Military Operation, it is significant for promoting the domestic research on the Airforce weapon support to study on the incorporated Airforce weapon support tasks system and the models of Airforce weapon support decision-making. In addition, the Airforce Weapon Support Plans are important resources of the Effectiveness Evaluation. The design of the Airforce Weapon Support Mission Planning System is worthy of application for facilitating the Airforce Weapon Support Commanders and Staff to form the Weapon Support Plans and conduct the Effectiveness Evaluation.Aiming for the solutions of the problems mentioned above, based on Airforce Weapon Support Task List, the main content in present studies is the structure of the Airforce Weapon Support Mission Planning System which provides the decision makers of a powerful tool for generating Weapon Support Plans automatically, as well as the methods to conduct the mission planning. The problems as follows are included.(1) Two concepts—AWSTL (Airforce Weapon Support Task List) and METL (Mission Essential Task List) are brought forward. The structure, the contents, the relations of each other and the theoretical and application values are expatiated separately.(2) Based on the AWSTL, a skeleton structure of the Airforce Weapon Support Mission Planning is present. Some advanced discussions are conducted in the scale of the process, the principles and the data models.(3) Aiming for the solution of the critical problems in Airforce Weapon Support Mission Planning, some multi-object optimal models and heuristic algorithms are discussed.(4) Concerning the characteristics of the problems and taking the advantages of Genetic Algorithm, this paper gives the solution of Coordinate Inventory Control Problem, the Dynamic Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window and a Location Selection Problem.(5) Based on the theory and methodology proposed above, an assist decision making tool for Airforce Weapon Support Mission Planning is developed. |
